The personalities between my two children can be summed up in the scene that I witnessed between them the other day. The setting: around the kitchen table. Mac begins singing, "Who let the dogs out?" Vovie fills in the rhythm by beat boxing the word "woof." Just about the time they get a groove going, Mac stops his part of the performance and very sincerely asks his sister...Who DID let the dogs out? Vovie completely ignores him and continues to merrily get her groove on!
I love them both for what they bring to the table. What this world needs is a little logic, a little creativity and a lotta love...We Elkins' have all the bases covered!!
